This document represents the Tier 1 or Broad-level review only. As individual sites are selected, this review must be supplemented by individual Tier 2 or Site-Specific reviews for each site. All laws and authorities requiring site-specific analysis will be addressed in these individual reviews. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOIRROF)  for US Department of Housing & Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)  funding that will be used on the project.  KHC will accept public comment on this Tiered Broad-Level Environmental Assessment until November 4, 2024. Please submit all comments regarding the Environmental Assessment in writing to Jennifer Oberlin, Kentucky Housing Corporation, via US Mail at 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, KY 40601 or via email at environmentalreview@kyhousing.org.  A copy of this Environmental Assessment may also be accessed online at  https://www.kyhousing.org and https://cpd.hud.gov/cpd-public/environmental-reviews. A hard copy of the Environmental Assessment is available for public examination and copying, upon request, at the offices of Paducah Alliance of Neighbors at 300 Fountain Ave, Paducah, KY 4200 or KHC at 1231 Louisville Rd. Frankfort, KY and may be examined or copied Monday-Friday 9 A.M. to 4 P.M through November 4, 2024.
